Medicines

• Please complete EV5 consent/medical form in as much detail as possible. These will be issued prior to the trip and must be returned to the school asap.
• Inform school of any changes to medications prior to the trip.
• Medicines should be labelled with child’s name and clear indication of when medicines have to be taken.
• Medicines and instructions should be in a bag and handed to Mrs Wilson before the child gets on the bus.
• Inhalers must be taken on all activities. Mrs Wilson should be given a spare but there should always be an inhaler in the child’s bag which is taken to all activities.
• If you need to speak to a member of staff about medicine, there will be a private place to do this during the drop in session.
