We support students from the local colleges on their placement within an early years setting as part of their training. As a staff team we support the students in developing their knowledge and practical experiences by observing staff and children at work within the nursery, they are encouraged to provide opportunities where they will be supporting children\u2019s play and development.<\/p>\n
