A Giant visited us today and left behind some footprints and a note.
So we set to work. We used the giant footprints around the class to find things that were longer, shorter or the same size.
We managed to find a lot of things so we recorded the information in a chart.
Next we decided to guess how long the giants footprint was. Then we measured the length using cubes, counters, dominoes and links.
Finally drew round each others feet to get our own footprint to measure.
What a busy day we all had measuring length.
