Everyone will be welcomed to <strong>\u2018Team Inchinnan\u2019<\/strong> and will have a place in our community. We recognise the diversity in our school, and community and celebrate it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong><u>T<\/u>eamwork <\/strong>\u2013 We work together and encourage everyone to work hard. We recognise and celebrate effort and will support people with the help they need, when they need it. We will work together to resolve any difficulties we are having. Our Parents and community are part of our team. We trust each other.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong><u>Trust<\/u> <\/strong>\u2013 We are truthful. Our actions will show our values and we are all accountable to them. Honesty encourages responsibility, it helps us make choices and ask for help when we need it. It helps us when relationships are not going well, and it builds a solid foundation for trust and acceptance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cc99ff\"><strong><u>Perseverance<\/u> &#8211; <\/strong>We will approach all tasks and activities with a \u2018can do\u2019 attitude, in the knowledge that mistakes are part of learning and that we all make mistakes. We will use our mistakes as part of our learning process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffcc00\"><strong><u>K<\/u>indness \u2013 We care for each other at Inchinnan Primary. We think about the impact our words and behaviour have on each other. We respect and listen to each other. We will speak to and about each other in a kind way.
