Primary 3 -last day 💓🌈

Good morning Primary 3! Today is a bit sad as it should have been our last day of school. I would have loved to be at school with you all, spending time together and hearing about your plans for the summer holidays. It is also a bit sad as it is the last day for me as your teacher. I have loved watching you grow so much this past year and I am very sorry that our time together was cut short. I know you will go on to do amazingly in p4. Thank you so much to all of you and your wonderful parents for welcoming me into your lovely school and for all of the ongoing support in your home learning due to Coronavirus. You are all such special boys and girls 💓😊 I have enjoyed getting to know you all and I have been so proud to be your teacher this year. I hope you all have a great summer…I know you will all continue to shine bright in p4 🌟 remember to leave a little sparkle wherever you go ✨🌈

Good morning Primary 3. Today we have our grammar jobs to do.  First, rockets group – today you are going to be looking at antonyms. These are words which mean the exact opposite. Please find the opposite word for each of the words in the picture and draw a picture to go it. This can be done in your orange jotter if you don’t have your white grammar book. Remember the full date Wednesday 10th June 2020 at the top please.

Good morning stars group. This morning you are going to be looking at antonyms. These are words which mean the opposite. Read each sentence then put the word which means the opposite to the underlined word in the blank space. If you would like a challenge then I have a challenge task you can do instead – this is the second sheet. Remember full date – Wednesday 11th June 2020 at the top of the page in your orange jotter.

For maths today I would like you to log into

Good morning Primary 3!! This morning in your orange writing jotter I would like you to write about where you would all like to go and why. It’s a very strange time for us all right now and there are lots of places we would all like to be able to visit. It can be either a holiday destination like the beach or caravan, going somewhere on a plane, or even just back at your favourite after school or weekend activity.

Next it’s reading time. 📚📚📚

Master Minds – your book this week is The Pirate and Potter Family: Set Sail for School

Clever Cookies – your book is All about Mummies

Super Stars – your book is Planet Emerald

Whizz Kids – your book is Splash!

Please answer the questions in the story by clicking on the bugs.😁

For maths today – I would like you to practise those multiplication skills by playing hit the button on topmarks. If you would like an extra challenge then you can practise a tunes table that you find tricky in your maths jotter. 🧮😁
