P2, P3 and P4 P.E.

Morning everyone.

I will repost tomorrow in case you missed anything or want to try something new.

Monday
How many times can you jump, hop, do star jumps, lunges, jog on spot, jump with knees high for 2 minutes?
Can you think of any other exercises that you can do? Try them for 2 minutes.
How many laps round garden/appropriate space in house can you do for a minute?
Can you create a circuit/obstacle course in your house/garden for 5 minutes using freely available items?
Record your results.
Try and get your heart rate up. Your breathing should get faster but you still be able to talk. Your body should get warmer.

Tuesday
Can you improve on last time?
Compare results.

Wednesday
Can you try exercises for 8 minutes?
Can you do circuit/obstacle course for 8 minutes?

Morning Everyone. Sorry for the technical glitch yesterday πŸ™
I have given some general ideas as well as specific tasks – have fun!!!

General
Joe Wickes – The Fitness Coach : fitness work out on you tube Monday to Friday 09.00 -09.30.
Go for a walk/jog – safely.
Try and spend an hour, if possible outdoors, not in a crowd but within 2m of people – maybe try in the garden if you have one. If you can’t get outside don’t worry.
The hour can be split up over the day. Short bursts of activity can be found by searching you tube for brain breaks for kids.
If you have any different/fun ideas let your class teacher know and they will be forwarded to me.
Upload any photos/videos.
Try and get anyone with you to join in with you πŸ™‚
Don’t forget to drink water and be careful if you have asthma.
