Good afternoon everyone, we\u2019re back to that time of the week again. Please keep reading for your homework and reminders.<\/p>\n

Spelling<\/strong>: Please complete\u00a0list\u00a0e<\/strong> for\u00a0ee<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0ph<\/strong>\u00a0in your spelling homework jotter for\u00a0Thursday<\/strong>. You should complete a new task of your choice from the spelling homework activity grid you were given. If there are any you are unsure of please let me know in class and I will go over them with you.\u00a0Please remember to complete a different spelling activity from this grid each week.<\/p>\n

Personal Reading Challenge<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00a0Your reading challenge\u00a0continues until 20th December<\/strong>.\u00a0 Please remember to record the books you have\u00a0been reading in you Reading Passport which is kept in the class. Please be sure to chose books suitable for you so you can achieve your target of at least 4 books.<\/p>\n

Maths: \u00a0<\/strong>This week I have posted another set of worded problems on your maths homework blog.\u00a0 Please complete\u00a0these in \u00a0your maths homework jotter. As always, please read each question carefully. You should ensure you are showing workings AND\u00a0<\/strong>giving a sentence answer. This homework is due for Thursday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please remember to access the Multiplication Trainer for extra times tables practice. We all had a trial run on Thursday in class.\u00a0 You can access it using the link below. Also remember we have started up our Table Challenge again, we are going for green!<\/p>\n

Here are your reminders for this week.<\/p>\n

  1. P. E. is on\u00a0Tuesday and\u00a0Thursday. <\/strong>Please ensure you have a full kit to change into particularly on Thursday as our P.E. session is in the morning:\u00a0shorts, trainers and a change of top. Girls, please remember to bring socks<\/strong> if you are wearing tights. Also please\u00a0remember to have a full\u00a0water bottle with you.<\/li>\n
  2. A number of you have still not covered your homework jotters. Please try to have this done as soon as possible with your name and type of homework clearly marked on the front. If required paper can be supplied<\/li>\n
  3. School is closed on\u00a0Wednesday\u00a0<\/strong>for St. Andrew\u2019s Day.<\/li>\n
  4. House Christmas Art Day is on\u00a0Friday<\/strong>. Please wear house colours. Remember you may get messy, so try\u00a0not to wear your best clothes.<\/li>\n
  5. Our Christmas Fayre will be held in the school on\u00a0Saturday 2nd December.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
