Good evening everyone. I hope you are all\u00a0having a fantastic holiday weekend so far.\u00a0 I have had a very busy weekend up till now. Here is your homework for the coming week.<\/p>\n
Spelling<\/strong>: Please complete list\u00a0le<\/strong> or\u00a0ur<\/strong> in your spelling homework jotter.\u00a0 Each word should be written out three times. A creative spelling activity, using ALL\u00a0<\/strong>of your words should also be completed. Please try to complete a different activity from what you have\u00a0previously done.\u00a0 Due to our class trip to Stirling Castle this task should be returned to school by\u00a0Friday.<\/strong><\/p>\n Presentation of your work has been very good from the majority of you, please keep this high standard up. Well done!<\/p>\n Book Detectives<\/strong>: Your Book Detectives homework is due for\u00a0Wednesday<\/strong>. Please remember you have had two weeks<\/strong> to complete this task therefore you have had plenty of time to complete it to a high standard.<\/p>\n You should have now read chapters 22-25 (inclusive). Your summariser for these chapters should include information from ALL\u00a0<\/strong>of\u00a0the chapters\u00a0as this will show your understanding of what you have read.\u00a0 An illustration, with a written explanation, should also be completed. Please choose your favourite part to read aloud to your group members in class and record the chapter, page number and number of the paragraph you have chosen in your Book Detective jotter. There is no need for you to write out the paragraph you have chosen.<\/p>\n Maths<\/strong>: I have set up 3 challenges on Mangahigh for you to complete. Please ensure you access each game and play to achieve the highest medal you can. I will be looking closely to the results at the end of the week as there are still some people who are not completing this task.\u00a0 If this continues you will be issued with worksheets to complete for the remainder of the term. Please remember to let me know if you have been unable to access Mangahigh\u00a0and I will arrange for you to use the IT suite at lunch.<\/p>\n Please complete the challenges by\u00a0Friday<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Topic<\/strong>: You should now be\u00a0well on with your\u00a0personal project.\u00a0 Please remember to use time to practice presenting your project and ask someone at home to be your audience.
