Following the announcement about the return to school in August I know that you will be starting to think about school uniform for the next\u00a0<\/span>academic\u00a0<\/span>year.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Given that pupils will not, in the first instance, be in school full time and that a significant\u00a0<\/span>portion of the time in school may be spent outside, we do not want parents spending a\u00a0<\/span>lot of\u00a0<\/span>money on uniform that pupils may have grown out of before they have\u00a0<\/span>had\u00a0<\/span>a chance to wear it.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, in consultation with the Parent Council, we would like to suggest the following.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On return to school pupils wear\u00a0<\/span>a<\/span>\u00a0red<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>school polo shirt and navy sweatshirt, paired with<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>suitable outdoor trousers and outdoor footwear relevant to the weather conditions on that day.\u00a0<\/span>We would also request that pupils come prepared for inclement weather\u00a0<\/span>e.g<\/span>\u00a0puddle suits or waterproof jackets and trousers.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Shirts, ties and other items of school uniform\u00a0<\/span>can be worn as we return to a more normal pattern of schooling but these will not be essential in the first instance so you may wish to hold off on buying for the time being.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Should you wish to buy badged polos shirts and sweatshirts these are available from<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
