Well, we have reached our final week of term 3. What a quick year it has been! Here is your last lot of homework for this term. Keep reading for your reminders for this week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-vXDnrxyfxUg\/U_DIrs6LnHI\/AAAAAAAAYyQ\/gSxh2OkrVRQ\/s200\/New%2BHomework%2BBooks.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Reading: \u00a0A<\/strong>\u00a0new core reader to complete at home will be issued tomorrow (<strong>Monday<\/strong>). Please complete the book<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>for\u00a0<strong>Thursday<\/strong>. There will be no written homework for this as all tasks will be completed in class. As always, if there is any vocabulary you are unsure of, please take a note of it and we will discuss it in class on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Please remember to read\u00a0aloud to someone at home.\u00a0Once again, your feedback form should be completed, if possible, by the person who heard you read and returned to school for\u00a0<strong>Thursday<\/strong>. A huge thank you to everyone\u00a0who took the time to complete this again last week.\u00a0I am thoroughly enjoying reading your comments and I hope you are enjoying hearing the children read to you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Personal Reading Challenge<\/strong>: This is your final week of our Reading Challenge. How are you doing? Have you managed to\u00a0reach the\u00a0target number of books you set at the beginning of this term. If you have, a HUGE well done! If you haven&#8217;t there is still time! Use this week wisely. Please remember to bring your book to school as this will allow you to read it during our ERIC sessions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Please remember to record the books in your reading passport as you finish them. The passport is kept in class. Remember this is your record of the number of books you have read so far this term.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Maths: \u00a0<\/strong>Our Big Maths Beat That scores are increasing and accuracy is pretty much 100% for all of you on the questions you answer. However, we do need to work on the speed of your calculations. Each week you should be able to answer more questions than you did the week before.\u00a0I would like you to spend 15 minutes this week working on building your speed of calculations. Please use the link below to do so.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mathsisfun.com\/numbers\/math-trainer-multiply.html\">Multiplication Trainer<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>H&amp;WB<\/strong>: A number of photographs have been posted on our class blog over the last few weeks. Please look at them with someone at home and leave a comment on the blog letting me know your thoughts on what we have been doing. I am looking forward to seeing your parents and chatting about your progress.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Our <strong>Big Pedal<\/strong>\u00a0will continue this week. Please continue to\u00a0bring your bike or scooter to school. Please remember a helmet <strong>must<\/strong> be worn during our daily sessions in the playground. A plastic bag should be brought to\u00a0protect your bike seat from the rain.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">We will be having our annual House Quiz on\u00a0<strong>Thursday\u00a0<\/strong>afternoon. Please come to school in house colours.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Eagles gained the most house points over the last month and as a reward will have a non-uniform day on <strong>Friday<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Rookie Rockstar ticket forms should be returned A.S.A.P.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">We stop at 2.30pm\u00a0on\u00a0<strong>Friday <\/strong>for our Easter break.
