First of all Caitlyn&#8217;s mum came in and read a story to us. \u00a0We then shared the different bits that we liked the best. After that we shared the books we brought in or took from the class library. Then we read &#8216;The Three Little Pigs&#8217;. Miss Mackay was delighted when we could also read some of the words with her. \u00a0Next we started to make the characters and setting. Tomorrow we will use the puppets and the setting to retell the story. \u00a0Just \u00a0before lunch we met up with our \u00a0P4 reading buddies and shared our books.<\/p>\n<p>After lunch we continued to make the pigs, wolf and setting. Near the end of the day we had a whole school assembly to celebrate World Book Day.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you all so much for coming to school in costumes , pyjamas and onesies and for being generous with donations and sponsor money.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We had a great time today.
