It is fair to say that it pushed me out of my comfort zone and it was tough at times &#8211; it was full on from 8:30am until 10pm every day. However- what an experience. I have made connections with primary and secondary Head Teachers from across Scotland. We are determined to ensure that this leads to collaboration and the sharing of good practice.<\/p>\n<p>I am committed to being a Head Teacher who continually learns. I will use what I have learned to continue to build upon the amazing culture we have in Barsail.
