{"id":4300,"date":"2017-03-21T18:40:01","date_gmt":"2017-03-21T18:40:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/re\/barsailprimary\/?p=4300"},"modified":"2017-03-21T18:42:09","modified_gmt":"2017-03-21T18:42:09","slug":"p6-bikeability-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/re\/barsailprimary\/2017\/03\/21\/p6-bikeability-2\/","title":{"rendered":"P6 Bikeability"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Just a quick reminder that all P6 will be starting Bikeability tomorrow afternoon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They can wear joggies on the bottom but should still have school t-shirts etc. and if they have long hair should have this tied out of their way.<\/p>\n<p>Each child who is participating will need to bring a roadsafe bike and a helmet. \u00a0We will supply them with yellow vests.<\/p>\n<p>Can you please check your child&#8217;s helmet fits securely and doesn&#8217;t slip back on their head, can you also make sure the saddle is at an appropriate height where your child&#8217;s feet are not flat on the ground but not on their very tip toes.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you very much.<\/p>\n<p>Any children who are not taking part will be taking part in extra play leader training for being a Big Buddy in P7.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just a quick reminder that all P6 will be starting Bikeability tomorrow afternoon.
