\"\"<\/a>We developed our school\u2019s vision and aims in consultation with pupil, parents, staff and the wider community. Our vision is to inspire the Barsail family to \u201cDream Big, Aim High, Achieve More!\u201d<\/p>\n

In Barsail Primary we are working together to prepare children for the future in a safe, challenging and motivating environment where they are nurtured, valued, respected and supported to reach their full potential, enabling them to have the skills and confidence to succeed in today\u2019s society.<\/p>\n

Values<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We want all of the Barsail family to hold these values in their HEARTS:<\/p>\n

Honesty, Empathy, Ambition, Respect, Teamwork, Success<\/p>\n

We aim<\/strong> to do this by:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Creating a welcoming, inclusive ethos which encourages, challenges and supports all learners to realise their potential<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Providing an environment where pupils, parents and staff are respected and valued, partnerships are fostered and success is celebrated<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Supporting and encouraging high quality leadership at all levels ensuring forward thinking, creativity and innovation through a shared vision of excellence<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Creating a safe, stimulating learning environment which is well resourced and organised with skilled, motivated staff who have high expectations and standards for all<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Providing a broad, balanced, coherent and progressive curriculum which offers challenge and enjoyment appropriate to each learner\u2019s needs<\/p>\n
