Mr Sheppard’s 3rd year pupils have been working on an expressive self portrait unit which has introduced them to the work of Jenny Saville, Ryan Hewett, Patrick Bremer and Guy Denning. They have been learning amongst other things, how to use palette knives and different consistencies of paint to create interesting textures and effects.
