Someone chose a famous character and the rest of the class would try to describe the character using a set of clever metaphors. It got very exciting and quite loud.<\/p>\n<p>Afterwards we all chose someone who we have strong feelings for. Some of us chose our pets, some of us chose friends while others a brother, sister or parent.<\/p>\n<p>These poems are full of evocative metaphors and similes.
