What I love about swimming pools are the fun they create,
what I hate about swimming pools is the everlasting taste of chlorine.
What I love about playgrounds is the gigantic heaps of fun,
what I hate about playgrounds is that they’re all made for toddlers.
What I love about cities is their huge communities,
what I hate about cities is the constant scent of fumes
What I love about factories is the products they make,
what I hate about factories is the pollution they produce.
What I love about news is it keeps us up to date,
what I hate about news is it can spread misinformation.
What I love about politics is the one thousand decisions,
what I hate about politics is the cold bitter corruption.
What I love about nightmares is the relief when it is all over.

Very good and specific poem, I love how you talk about politics and the words you use.
I like the line but they are all made for toddlers
great piece of work
Your poem is full of excellent vocabulary and rich images. The couplet about politics is particularly good.
