MEDIA // NATIONAL 4

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Media is about learning to think critically about the world around you. It is a broad subject that covers lots of different subject areas but mostly a mix of English, Business Studies and Design. It’s about how the Film and TV we watch are made, how the products we buy are sold to us, and how we go about creating our own.

As you go through the course, you’ll be building a large portfolio of your notes, ideas and designs. This will be checked over the year as a whole, and it’s part of how the course is assessed.
