The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) on our 111 service is now available in 7 languages: Arabic, Mandarin, Polish, Spanish, Romanian, Sorani and Ukrainian.<\/b><\/p>\n
Our communication toolkit (attached) includes: text to use in any emails, articles or bulletins; multi-lingual WhatsApp messages, static images and an animated gif (these resources can be used on other social media channels); links to short multi-lingual animations; links to multi-lingual leaflets developed to help callers whose first language is not English access the 111 service.<\/p>\n
