The clocks go back <\/span>31 October<\/span><\/h2>\n

In the UK, the clocks will go back on\u00a0Sunday 31 October 2021<\/strong>\u00a0from 2am and we will revert back to GMT or Greenwich Mean Time. This always takes place at the last Sunday in October each year. We ‘gain’ an hour of sleep when this happens, which means it’s not as dark when we wake up.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
