Office365 is a suite of tools pupils get free just because they have a GLOW account and they are pretty fantastic. Not only do you get the online versions of office software but you get the latest version for up to 5 computers for FREE!! I’ll say it again – FREE!

1 terabyte of cloud storage to save any and all of the files you’ll create and share using the suite of tools or that you want upload – this is MASSIVELY more than you’ll ever get on your school servers. Even better is they can be accessed on any device at any time -no need to muck about with pen drives

Collaboration

Any document, presentation or notebook you create in Office365 can be shared with as many people as you like and by SHARE I mean you can work on the document at the same time, editing and adding to the work in true collaborative fashion. Imaging teachers sharing and creating their planning in two different locations or a group of students working together on a presentation after school. It’s easy and it work.
