{"id":1111,"date":"2024-08-29T12:53:45","date_gmt":"2024-08-29T12:53:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/pk\/aberuthvenprimaryschool\/?page_id=1111"},"modified":"2024-08-29T12:53:51","modified_gmt":"2024-08-29T12:53:51","slug":"communication-3","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/pk\/aberuthvenprimaryschool\/communication-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Communication"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Communication\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Please see below a reminder of our current communication channels which took effect from May 2024.<\/p>\n<p><u>Communication from School<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Communication from HT &amp; School Secretary \u2013 via J2E messaging, email or telephone<\/p>\n<p>Communication from Class Teachers \u2013 via J2E messaging\/ J2E Journal<\/p>\n<p>Communication about Minor First Aid \u2013 via J2E messaging\/ J2E Journal<\/p>\n<p>Communication about First Aid (Major or Head Injury) \u2013 via Telephone, then via J2E messaging\/ J2E Journal<\/p>\n<p>To access messages from Staff:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the J2E Parent Portal App<\/li>\n<li>Select a child profile you wish to view<\/li>\n<li>Click on the speech bubbles in the top right corner of the page (when you have received a message a small number 1 appear in the speech bubble to show you have a message)<\/li>\n<li>The name of the member of staff you have received a message from will be highlighted and a small number 1 in a green circle will appear next to their name.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the highlighted name to open the message.<\/li>\n<li>You will also receive an email to alert you when you have been sent a message from school.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Communicating with School<\/u><\/p>\n<p>All communication from Parents\/Carers can be made with school in person or by:<\/p>\n<p>Email\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 :\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:aberuthven@pkc.gov.uk\">aberuthven@pkc.gov.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Telephone : 01764 661410<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Homework<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Homework will now only be shared via J2E from Friday 3rd\u00a0May 2024.
