Thank you to all those parents, staff and pupils who gave up their time after school to tidy the garden. What a difference an hour or 2 makes. Thank you to Amanda for organising the event and to Mrs Sinclair for her very kind donations of plants and flowers. All energies replaced by delicious home baking. A huge thanks from everyone at Forgandenny to the Garden Group who have done a fantastic job tidying the school garden. It was wonderful to come into school on Monday to a freshly barked picnic area and new plants in the planters.

Well done to the Green Beans – Forgandenny’s Eco Warriors. Last week they were awarded the schools’ 2nd Green Flag – a huge achievement. The new flag is now proudly flying in the school grounds. Well done to everyone involved.
On Friday, the Green Beans (Forgandenny’s Eco team) carried out the RSPB Big School Birdwatch in our school grounds. We had a great morning counting the birds that visited our playground and were amazed by the different varierties of birds that visited. Please check out our blog for a full details of what we saw.

A huge thanks to everyone involved in helping to tidy the school garden on Sunday. The school gardens are now looking great and ready for veggie planting to commence.
