The School Strategic Plan is: 

• a realistic, long-term, aspirational view of where we would like Blairgowrie High School to be in 3 years time
• a method of encapsulating what is going to be different and better for the learners, their families and community.
• based on a good understanding of the school’s current position ie underpinned by effective self-evaluation.
• changed, updated and adapted as necessary as part of ongoing self-evaluation processes
• written on a rolling 3 year basis
• based on the schematic from page 13 of Building the Curriculum 3 as a helpful and succinct structure that takes account of all the different elements of Curriculum for Excellence.
