Our approach to pupil leadership ensures that every child has a voice and can make a difference. Through groups such as our Pupil Council, Nurture and Reading Ambassadors, Buddy System, House and Sports Captains, Digital Champions and Sport Leaders, alongside class roles in every stage, children take on real responsibilities and lead change across the school.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>We actively involve learners in <strong>decision-making, participatory budgeting and self-evaluation<\/strong>, ensuring their views shape our priorities and improvements.
