Mrs Watson spent 6 weeks on placement from college in P1/2/3 and surprised the class on her last day with a gift of a star named after Blackford Primary School! A lovely idea – we will be looking to see if we can spot it on a clear night.

We are looking forward to seeing Mrs Watson back in school as a volunteer over the next few months.
P3/4/5 organised a fundraising day for Children in Need. People were encouraged to come to school dressed in spots and then had a chance to spend their money at lots of stalls including a Teddy Tombola and cake and candy. The fantastic sum of £234.50 was raised.
