News from Nethy Bridge!
Thursday
Wednesday
All our children are doing really well, taking part in all the activities (Zip wire, forest adventure, silver maze and the abseil tree were the highlights) and mixing with pupils from other schools. Several had a dip in the pond and survived, I’m sure the smell will go eventually. Not a tear in sight!!
Tuesday
Good first day at Nethy Bridge. We arrived at lunchtime, had lunch and then headed out to do our afternoon activities.Struan and Jack were raft building … A surprisingly successful raft was created, which floated and was almost steerable. Jacob and Jake were on the climbing wall and abseil tree and Tegan, Safiyah and Aimee did the zip wire and adventure course. All 3 girls plucked up the courage to do the zip wire and Jacob and Jake were brave enough to step off the abseil platform! After activities there was time for a quick swim before a very wet fire drill.
Burger chips and chocolate sponge for tea … Good for refuelling after a busy afternoon. After tea, despite having eaten well everyone headed down to the tuck shop for more refuelling!
At 8 it was time for explore (songs, games and a chat), supper, then bed.
