P3/4/5 held a bake sale on Wednesday 13th November and raised a fabulous £145.57.
Thank you to everyone who baked for and visited our sale – pupils, families and mums & toddlers from Rhyme Time.
There were some great costumes (some were very scary!) for Halloween. The whole school had a brilliant party in the afternoon, with fun and games, including spooky corners, pass the spider and dooking for apples.
A grand total of £787 was raised last term, from the sponsored walk and the commission from Christmas cards. This is fabulous and plans are already underway to buy additional books for the accelerated reading scheme. We will keep you updated on how the rest of the money is used.
Thank you to everyone who donated and ordered cards, we really appreciate your support. Thank you also for all the lovely donations for the Harvest Thanksgiving. These were taken to CATH (Churches Action for The Homeless) along with Blackford Parish Church’s donations. We have been asked to pass on the thanks of CATH for the donations.
