On Thursday 6th of March, pupils from Abernyte Primary celebrated World Book Day by dressing as their favourite literary characters.  The Wimpy Kid, Wally, Tintin, Wilbur the pig, Matilda and the cast of Frozen were amongst those represented.

Pupils gave talks about why they had chosen their character and read lots of books, including the £1 World Book Day books “Hello, Hugless Douglas!” and “Horrible Histories: Terrible Trenches”.
