There are various events throughout the year which happen on a regular basis:<\/p>\n

October: National Poetry Day<\/p>\n

October: Spooky Happenings – Hallowe’en storytelling<\/p>\n

March: World Book Day<\/p>\n

There are also other events that happen on a less frequent basis. Every other year or so we will run a bookfair where pupils and staff get a chance to purchase books with commisions being given to the library for more purchase.<\/p>\n

SOmetimes, we have author visits, the most recent being Michelle Paver as part of the SCottish Friendly Scottish Book Trust tour in April 2012.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
