Welcome to the Shapinsay Community School website.

We are a small primary school. The children are taught in 2 classes; Nursery / Preschool and P1-7. Secondary School age pupils move on to Kirkwall Grammar School.

The school is the only school on the island of Shapinsay, which is part of Orkney. Shapinsay School is a community school and we enjoy being part of island life.
