P6 Extra Opportunity May 2026<\/h1>\n

We have been given an extra opportunity to have a day of Hoy Outdoor experiences as there was a cancellation opening.<\/h6>\n

We are using this opportunity to give our P6 children an experience to build their confidence for the full residential week next year.\u00a0 The cost has been significantly reduced which allows us to take advantage of the offer.<\/p>\n

Dear Parents\/Carers<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Just a reminder about the P6 trip to Hoy on Monday.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Could we ask that you drop your child off at the pier in Stromness for 9.40am and be back to collect them from there at 5pm.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Please ensure they have the following in a small rucksack;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Swimming kit and towel and old trainers that can be used for water activities.<\/strong><\/span>
\nBlack bag for any wet items.<\/strong><\/span>
\nSuitable clothing, preferably layers that can be added and removed if needed.<\/strong><\/span>
\nTrainers suitable for walking.<\/strong><\/span>
\nInhaler if needed.<\/strong><\/span>
\nSubstantial packed lunch and a couple of snacks to keep them going all day.<\/strong><\/span>
\nFull water bottle.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

No personal devices or valuable items should be taken.<\/strong><\/span>
\nIf your child requires hay fever medication, could we ask you to administer this before you drop them off.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
