Thrilling Thursday!

Hey there today it’s CP doing the blog today and I’m to tell you what we did today.

First we did some maths on dividing (Epic)

Then we did ICT (Very Epic)

10:30 break time (we had a very long break)

When we came back we did a spelling test then we did more Maths.

12:15 Lunch Time

After lunch we watched some of David Attenborough’s penguin show

EPIC TUESDAY

Yo what up yall ,it’s MD here telling you what we did today. First we were finding some adverbs, personification and some epic idioms.

Then mr McMullan read some more of the whole class reading book⬇ .

Then we went to ICT and got surveyed about Fairtrade Fortnight. After that we went on sum-dog.

Focused learning

We have started a block of focused learning. We planned success criteria and assessments for 6 subjects and each week a different group does one subject.
We then assess our learning and feedback this to the next week’s group with top tips for good learning as well as any mistakes we made so that they can avoid making the same mistakes.

 

the subjects are ICT, art, drama, marketing, STEM and cooking.

 

Article 28 – education should develop the talents and abilities of children.

 

 

🧠Thrilling Thursday🧠

Hello there it’s CP here today to tell you all about what we did today.

First did assessing on our focus learning from yesterday.

 

Then we went ICT to get facts for our World War 2 reports.

10:30 break time

After break we got feedback from each focus group and how they got on with there activities.

After lunch we did maths and the boys who were playing Nrich factors and multiples got a chain of 58 and that beat the teacher!

Then some boys from the drama focus group gave us a 10/10 drama performance from WW2.

Thats what we did today.

Yo MD here telling yall what we did on Tuesday😎👍

First we got leaflets about the high school. picture ➡ .

Then we learned about similes, metaphors and onomatopoeia .

 

Then we were finding onomatopoeia, similes, metaphors , alliteration and personification in our books

.


  

After break we went to ICT and researched facts about things from ww2. example: aircraft carriers, planes, weapons.⬇

We will use the notes from this to make a report about the thing we chose.

 

after lunch we started maths.

We were doing factors and multiples. We have a lot of big brains🧠 in this class.
