To start of the morning we did spelling our spelling words todays were some of the country’s in the World Cup.  Then we did some questions about our books. Our book are copy cat for Paige ,project nemesis for the nouns ,no luck Holmes for the commas and Dark secrets for the verbs. I can read the questions first then read the whole text.Then we had break.

Then we did maths we did our time tables and division .Then some people went out for the school show rehearsal remember and come to the show. Then we had lunch .

Then we sang our songs streetlights and this is me. Then we did health and belbeing. We were learning about what substances can harm you the pros and cons of nicotine alcohol and caffeine.

I can explain the pros and cons of different substances.

Then we made a poster about one of the substances.

After break we did maths and our times tables.

Today we had an excellent day at Almond Valley zoo.

today we did our final cooking lesson of the year and we were making cheaters ice cream using a Mary Berry recipe.

This morning we came into school and did our lunches.

we used bilingual dictionary’s to do a French sheet all about food.

Then we were learning all about debating.

we came back into class and finished the debate.

we then did maths.

(Lunch)

after lunch we looked at the bees. 

We then planned out a drama script.

at 2 o’clock we did music. We had a visitor called Gillian who taught us about writing lyrics to a rap song .

This morning we had Mrs Rutherford and practiced our school show songs.

We then went to the gym hall to practice it on stage. After we did the school show songs we went out for playtime.

                                                 PLAYTIME

After playtime we finished our maths assessments

We were doing a word problem called bees

Then we went to choir

After lunch, we learned more about LOVE and what it means to be in love with someone. We learned that we need to make good decisions about the people we spend time with in our lives when older.

Finally, we played an epic game of Capture the Flag. It was equals pequals between boys and girls so we will have a decider tomorrow.

we are doing another children led timetable day tomorrow so get ready to work hard!

as part of our time topic, we are learning to organise and manage our own time.

Mr McMullan gave us all of our work for Tuesday and explain the assessment for it all.

We then had to plan our timetable for the whole day including estimating how long we think each piece of work will take.

We we can do any order that we want and we have a choice of subjects.

The only rule is that you have to get all your maths and language done.
