Below is information from the Cumbernauld and Kilsyth Uniform Bank<\/span><\/p>\n

PRE-LOVED SCHOOL UNIFORM GIVEAWAY<\/span><\/p>\n

In previous years, we’ve tried to support as many families as possible, and help re-use as many uniforms as we can, through uniform exchange and giveaway events.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are in need of a helping hand with school uniform this summer, please get in touch.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have a range of pre-loved stock, from blazers and branded uniform\/coats to trousers, skirts and shirts\/blouses. <\/span><\/p>\n

If we have the items you need, we’ll let you know and give you a time slot to collect (in early August).<\/span><\/p>\n

Please submit what you need in the following format. Please DO NOT include the names of your children. We simply need size\/age and gender (and school for branded items).<\/span><\/p>\n

E.g. Grey jumpers x 2 – age 5-6 – girl<\/span><\/p>\n

E.g. Cumbernauld Academy blazer – size 32 – girl<\/span><\/p>\n

E.g. Westfield Primary tie<\/span><\/p>\n

We are expecting a large volume of requests, so please give us time to process your request. We are providing this service in addition to our standard referral process. <\/span><\/p>\n

Please note, if you are facing real hardship at the moment, you may wish to seek a referral through our standard process, and we are then able to provide everything your child needs for school, including school bag and shoes, with a mix of pre-loved and new items. Referrals can be made on your behalf by a range of organisations and professionals, including schools, social workers, health visitors, Citizens Advice, foodbanks and other charities such as One Parent Families Scotland.<\/span><\/p>\n
