These packs will include the annual data checks, photo permission letters, school trip consent letters, \u00a0our latest newsletter &amp; an annual calendar.<\/p>\n<p>Annual data checks &#8211; these forms keep your child&#8217;s record up-to-date &amp; provide us with important information like contact telephone numbers. Please check the information on the form, make any changes &amp; then date &amp; sign the form before returning to school.<\/p>\n<p>Photo permission letters- please remember to return this to school. Once these forms are returned Class Blogs &amp; Twitter will resume \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>School trip consent &#8211; these forms are used as your consent for us to take children on school outings.
