Pupil Council

Pupil Council

Pupils from P4- 7 annually stand for election for membership of the pupil council. Each class has one representative on the Pupil Council.  If pupils wish to stand for election they must  produce a manifesto and deliver this to their class.  Each pupil in that class then casts their secret vote.  The pupil with most votes is the successful candidate and will represent that class/stage at Pupil Council Meetings. Membership of the Pupil Council is a great honour and responsibility. Mrs Beadie co-ordinates the Pupil Council meetings and encourages the pupils to set the agenda.

Additional pupils may also be co-opted onto the Pupil Council.
