We made seed cakes to encourage more birds to come to our school grounds. We used lard and bird seed, then cut them using shape cutters. We thought the lard was very smelly but know how much the birds enjoy it!

The Water Cycle

Heather gathered the materials

Samuel got some water and put the mug in the bowl

Rachel filled the bowl to just over half way, making sure none went in the mug

Toby marked how full the bowl was

Karly put cling film over the top of the bowl, making sure there were no gaps

Now we will wait to see if the water ends up in the mug thanks to the water cycle!

Last week we were learning about the Water Cycle and did an experiment to see how it works for ourselves.

What a wonderful year it has been in Primary 4. It has been an absolute pleasure to teach you all and I will miss you!

Thank you for my lovely cards and gifts! It was like Xmas morning in our class today and I really appreciate it!

Enjoy your holidays and have a great time! I hope the sun shines for us all!

Well done to each and every child in P4B for all gaining certificates today. Well deserved by all!

I am so proud of everything each and every one of you have achieved in P4 and know you will all continue to do well in P5. I will miss you all, but look forward to opportunities where we can work together again next session.
