3D Shape Project

As part of our 3D shape topic in Maths we made 3D objects at home for homework using recycled materials.  Some of us chose to link this with our Egypt topic and made items we had been learning about.

Have a look at some of our wonderful creations!

“I made Rapunzel’s tower out of a Pringles tube and the cone roof out of card.  I stuck paper onto it to look like bricks and also included Rapunzel’s long hair.”  Ebony

“I made Tutankhamun’s pyramid from a cardboard box and paint.  I made a square based pyramid and a wee secret door that would lead to the tomb.”  Kayleigh

“I made a 3D pyramid out of cardboard, cut it in half and stuck it on to more cardboard.  I mixed yellow and orange paint to give it it’s colour.”  Taylor
