We voted for the business name ‘Bibbidi Baubili Boo’, created by Sian S,  and decided on the teams that would make it successful.

There is the Design Team, The Sales Team, The Media Team and the Manufacturing Team.

We will all be in the Manufacturing Team but had to apply for jobs in the other team of our choice.

Today we met with our managers to complete tasks we put in our business plan on Thursday.

The Sales Team successfully sourced the cheapest baubles to buy to help us make a profit, the Design Team have given lots of ideas to their manager but have still to decide how the baubles will look and the Media Team concentrated on making posters to advertise our Enterprise.

We can’t wait to get started on the baubles!

Children in Need Day

photo 1 01Cute & Cuddly Day for Children in Need

Our class gave a donation to wear our own clothes.  We looked fabulous in our cute and cuddly Pudsey outfits.

We had a fun-filled afternoon in class!

We had lots of fun playing Pudsey games on the computer.

We took photos of ourselves looking like Pudsey.

We made Pudsey biscuits.

We created Pudsey Arts and Crafts.

And most importantly, we raised even more money by paying for cakes and biscuits from the Charity Council Bake Sale.  Well done to them for doing such a wonderful job!

We had lots of fun and hope we have raised lots of money for such a worthwhile cause.

Fire Safety

We found out all about ways to stay safe with electricity in the home and at school.  We also found out about Firework Safety and created posters for different audiences to share what we learned.

We were lucky enough to be visited by Fire Officers from Cumbernauld Fire Station who told us again, of ways to stay safe.  After listening to them and everything we found out throughout the week we definitely knew the ways to stay safe!

Neve:  I stayed well back from the fireworks

Toby:  I knew not to wave sparklers around incase I hit anyone

Sophia:  I knew never to hold fireworks in your hand

Karly:  I knew not to wear gloves when holding my sparkler

Heather:  I knew never to throw a sparkler or firework about

Lewis:  I knew not to start a bonfire of my own

Holly:  I knew never to play with fireworks or sparklers

We hope you all had a fun and SAFE bonfire night!
