Packed Lunches
Just to remind you that if you didn’t tick the box on the form to indicate that you wish the school to provide your child with a packed lunch, then you will need to provide a packed lunch for your child.
Spending Money
Due to the time restrictions of the trip, there will be no opportunity to visit the gift shop, so pupils will not require any money for the day.
Thank you.
Remember to come to school on Thursday 31st March, ready for a Victorian school day!
Every child created their own potion name and ingredients list to make a potion label. They came up with some amazing and inventive ideas for their potions!
We then made our own potions, using natural items found on our nature hunt around the school.
We explored the Nature Garden, Nature’s Nest, to collect natural materials. We then used the matertials to decorate Easter eggs.
The frog spawn attracted a great deal of interest.
Our first activity of the day was riding our bikes and scooters.
We had the opportunity for freestyle cycling and scootering; and also to take part in completing a marked out track This helped us to practice our balance and coordination skills.
Primary 3 thorughly enjoyed running a mile to raise money for Sport Relief on Friday 18th March. We started off full of energy and speed and were puffed out at the end. The whole class completed the mile in 12 minutes and 50 seconds.
On Wednesday P3 will be talking part in our first ever POLO Day. We will be learning outdoors all day and all children should come to school with appropriate outdoor clothing.
