This is a common mistake on phones and tablets especially.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Login to see which appointments are available and select one that is convenient for you.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>You will need:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: center\">\n<li>\n<h3>Your title and surname\u00a0<em>(these must match those we have on record for you).<\/em><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Your child\u2019s first name, surname and date of birth.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">The system will be live from\u00a0<strong>16<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0September at 8.00pm\u00a0<\/strong>and will be open to take your bookings until<strong>\u00a04<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0October at 8.00pm.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Appointment times will be available when you log on.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Troubleshooting Tips &#8211; please read before booking<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: center\">\n<li>\n<h3>To login you need to enter the details we have on record for you and your child. If you have recently changed your title or surname, for example, and not informed us, we will be expecting you to login with the details we have on record.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>The email address you enter is only used to receive a confirmation of your appointment.
