Registration of Infant Beginners<\/u><\/p>\n
A new system for Registration of Infant Beginners has been put in place to support the Council\u2019s ongoing response to COVID-19. A new online registration form has been created and guidelines are below.<\/p>\n
A deadline of 22nd<\/sup> January 2021<\/strong> has been set for the return of all completed forms and supporting evidence.<\/p>\n Children who attain the age of 5 years between 1st<\/sup> March 2021 and 28th<\/sup> February 2022 <\/u><\/strong>should register for starting Primary 1 in August 2021.<\/p>\n Enrolment and Placing Request forms are now available for parents\/carers to complete online and email to individual schools.<\/p>\n https:\/\/www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk\/schools-and-learning\/school-admissions\/registration-infant-beginners-primary-school<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Completed enrolment forms, with accompanying evidence should be sent directly to enquiries@tannochside.n-lanark.sch.uk<\/strong><\/p>\n Each child\u2019s birth certificate and proof of address in the form of the current council tax bill\/utility bill must be produced<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Supporting evidence can be scanned or a screen shot sent of your child\u2019s birth certificate and your Council Tax \/ utility bill.<\/p>\n Paper applications will be accepted where parents\/carers do not<\/u> have access to I.C.T.\u00a0 All paperwork, should be returned in a sealed envelope<\/u> to the school, (only copies of the supporting paperwork should be provided). The envelope should be dated<\/u> and marked clearly with your child\u2019s name<\/u> and the words \u2018P1 Enrolment 2021\/2022\u2019<\/u>.
