Pupils are reminded they should be reading for enjoyment regularly. \u00a0 When they finish a book they should message Mrs Burton to have it included in our “Lockdown Reading Challenge.” In addition to this we would recommend watching and listening to films, documentaries, dramas etc. \u00a0This allows sudents to analyse media texts and deepen their knowledge of this medium. \u00a0Asking questions on plot, camera angles, dialogue, setting, character etc can really engage pupils and get them thinking about the craft of creating such a text.<\/p>\n
