Review of NLC Scheme of Devolved School Management (DSM) September 2022<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Within the Scottish Government\u2019s Devolved School Management Guidelines document section 2.2 advises:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Local Authorities are expected<\/strong> to publish their DSM scheme on an external facing authority website, providing access to public stakeholders.
