We enjoyed celebrating Miss Connelly’s last day with Room 11. We played active games this morning and enjoyed a quiz all about Miss Connelly! She even kindly made us some shortbread as a thank you gift! We loved having you here Miss Connelly and wish you good luck during your future placements!

We looked at different emotions and what they feel like. We also thought about what others see when we feel these emotions. Miss Connelly helped us to do this by creating emotion icebergs thinking about hidden and visible emotions. We enjoyed creating these and even played a game of ‘where’s the emoji’ similar to where’s Wally!

Primary 4-7 were pleased to welcome Father Gideon and Father Peter, who are leading a Parish Mission in St Patrick’s Parish this week. We learned more about Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, and what a Parish Mission entails. Special services will take place in St Patrick’s church at 7pm every day this week, and all are welcome!
