This is Financial Education Week – the children will be set lots of financial problem solving activities including the 10p challenge!!<\/p>\n
Monday: <\/strong><\/p>\n A representative from HMRC is delivering a presentation to children in P5, 6 & 7 on Junior Tax Facts – the children will learn about who pays tax and how the money is used.<\/p>\n 10p Challenge begins today.<\/p>\n Tuesday:<\/strong><\/p>\n P6 & 7 Beats of brazil<\/p>\n Ross from St. Andrew’s Hospice to speak to \u00a0P7 \u00a0to encourage them to become Ambassador for the Hospice.<\/p>\n Wednesday:<\/strong><\/p>\n Christmas Dinner for P4 – 7<\/p>\n P1 – 3 will get a pack-a-snack today.<\/p>\n Thursday:<\/strong><\/p>\n Christmas Dinner for P1 – 3<\/p>\n P4- 7 pack-a-snacks will be available<\/p>\n Friday:<\/strong><\/p>\n Christmas Jumper Day \u00a31.00 towards school funds.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Other useful information:<\/strong><\/p>\n Staff Changes<\/strong> – Mrs Allan has left St. Patricks’ as she awaits the arrival of a new member of her growing family. We wish her and her family all the very best.<\/p>\n Mrs McMahon has taken over Mrs Allan’s timetable, she will teach Spanish, \u00a0P5 on a Wednesday, P4 on a Thursday and cover McCrone in other classes. Mrs McMahon has been in the school for the past couple of weeks and has settled in nicely.
