Newsletters were issued on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/stpatricksnewstevenston\/files\/2016\/10\/October-to-December-2016-Newsletter.pdf\">october-to-december-2016-newsletter<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please check school bags this evening for parent appointment times (Tuesday 11th October).<\/p>\n<p>School Book Fair finished today, thank you for your support.<\/p>\n<p>Jotters and Personal Learning Plans PLP&#8217;s will go home tonight (Thursday 6th).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jotters<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please take a few minutes to look at your child&#8217;s class work. Take some time to talk to your child and ask him\/her about their work in class, ask about what they like best and of what they are most proud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLP&#8217;s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your child will show and discuss their PLP with you. Please sign and return to school on Friday 7th October with jotters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the PLP and sending jotters home is to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>further develop and strengthen home\/school links<\/li>\n<li>to enable your child to take more responsibility for his\/her learning<\/li>\n<li>to plan next steps in learning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN JOTTERS AND PLP&#8217;S TO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY 7TH OCTOBER.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Click on the link below to access an electronic copy of dates from the newsletter.
