Not all children display anxiety in the same way.  It maybe a nervous tummy for some or feeling more irritable for others. Just like adults we react to anxiety or stress differently.  Slowing down the breath and relaxing will calm their minds. This mp3 talks children through returning to school and reinforces a more positive outcome. Listening daily will change unhelpful negative thoughts and will create more resourceful thinking.
Anxiety is an uncomfortable feeling and it is important that during this pandemic, and period of uncertainty we offer our children the right techniques to help support their feelings and emotions.

The guided meditation offered on the MP3s are a way of reducing stress and learning new techniques to which provide ways of controlling their emotions.   Listening to these daily for two weeks, will reduce anxiety, help to retrain your thoughts and give  you life long skills.
