<\/a><\/p>\nTeam \u2018channels\u2019<\/h4>\n
When you click on the Team you want to access, you may notice that your Team has different \u2018channels\u2019 underneath the Team name. Be aware that general channels may be for teacher posts only and children should not comment or post in this channel if this is the case.<\/p>\n
There may be a separate \u2018chat\u2019 channel for children to interact a little more freely with their peers and discuss classwork\/homework etc. All members of the Team will be able to see everything that is posted of these channels, so we encourage responsibility and respect from our pupils whilst posting, and teachers will remove any inappropriate content (Please see ICT Appropriate Use Policy in the files section of each team.)<\/p>\n React to a post<\/strong><\/p>\n Children will be able to show their reaction to a post by hovering or clicking on the three dots at the side of it, and clicking on the emoji that they would like to respond with.<\/p>\n Chatting<\/strong><\/p>\n Whether you are replying to someone else\u2019s post, or starting a brand new conversation for everyone to join in, you will see a number of options in your chat box. If you like, you can add a subject line (or title) to the top of your post, or you can go straight to the \u2018Type a message\u2019 section (Just remember to click the send arrow at the bottom right hand side to post when you are done.)<\/p>\n The row of letters and symbols underneath the blue line will allow you to change the style, size and colour of your writing. (Remember to click the send arrow at the bottom right hand side when you are ready to post.)<\/p>\n The smiley face icon gives you access to a range of emojis, gifs and stickers to brighten up your messages!<\/p>\n And finally, the paperclip icon allows you to add a file to your post. You can attach files that are saved on the device you are using, or cloud files saved on OneDrive, or in other Teams and channels.<\/p>\n You need a username and password to access Glow.
